Culture was referenced in some way in almost every session at the conference. Our propositions are: 1) culture change is built into the Agile Manifesto; 2) you don't have to learn or use a complicated culture model to make change happen; 3) the Competing Values Framework is a culture model/tool that you can use almost right away, yet sophisticated enough to keep providing results as you learn more.
