Very impressed with the increasing breadth and diversity of the tools in the agile space. Yes, people are still more important than tools and processes, however distributed agile teams as well as Scrum of Scrum teams can benefit from tool-facilitated collaboration.

Some of the tool booths worth visiting include: Borland (wow, came a long way fast), ThoughtWorks (a services company with a VERY rapidly emerging tools division -- they have really been building tools for years, but in the past it was OSS), and of course the industry stalwarts of Rally and VersionOne.
